Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website or enrolling in the InfusionAlly program, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or enrol in the program. These terms apply to all visitors, parents, guardians, and enrolled students.

The InfusionAlly program

InfusionAlly(Leadership, Economics & Applied Practice) provides capability-building programs for students in Grades 5–12, based in Hyderabad, India. The program includes cohort sessions, live projects, mentor access, and profile assessments.

Program structure, content, and scheduling are subject to change. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes to enrolled students and their parents.

Enrolment and eligibility

Enrolment in InfusionAlly is open to students currently in Grades 5–12 who are based in or around Hyderabad. All enrolments must be completed by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over.

InfusionAlly reserves the right to accept, decline, or discontinue enrolment at its discretion. In the event we discontinue enrolment, we will refund any prepaid fees on a pro-rata basis.

Fees and payment

Program fees vary by tier and are communicated at the time of enrolment. Fees are due in advance of the relevant program period unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The profile assessment is provided at no cost. No payment is required to discover your child's profile.

Refund requests for enrolled programs should be made in writing within 14 days of the program start date. After that point, fees are non-refundable except in cases of InfusionAlly cancellation.

Parent and guardian responsibilities

Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring their child attends sessions as scheduled, for keeping contact information up to date, and for communicating any relevant changes in the child's circumstances that may affect their participation.

Students are expected to participate in good faith, treat mentors and peers with respect, and complete assigned project work to the best of their ability.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, design, graphics, and curriculum materials, is the property of InfusionAlly. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it for commercial purposes without written permission.

Work created by students during the InfusionAlly program belongs to the student. InfusionAlly may use anonymised examples of student work for program documentation and marketing purposes, subject to parent consent.

Limitation of liability

InfusionAlly is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from participation in the program or use of this website, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

Our total liability in any circumstances is limited to the fees paid for the relevant program period.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
