By accessing this website or enrolling in the Infusion Leaders launchpad, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or enrol in the launchpad. These terms apply to all visitors, parents, guardians, and enrolled students.

Infusion Leaders(Leadership, Economics & Applied Practice) provides a capability-building launchpad for students in Grades 6–12, based in India. The launchpad includes cohort sessions, live projects, mentor access, and profile assessments.

Launchpad structure, content, and scheduling are subject to change. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes to enrolled students and their parents.

Enrolment in Infusion Leaders is open to students currently in Grades 6–12 who live in or near a city where the launchpad operates. All enrolments must be completed by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over.

Infusion Leaders reserves the right to accept, decline, or discontinue enrolment at its discretion. In the event we discontinue enrolment, we will refund any prepaid fees on a pro-rata basis.

Launchpad fees vary by tier and are communicated at the time of enrolment. Fees are due in advance of the relevant launchpad period unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The profile assessment is provided at no cost. No payment is required to discover your child's profile.

Refund requests for an enrolment should be made in writing within 14 days of the launchpad start date. After that point, fees are non-refundable except in cases of Infusion Leaders cancellation.

Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring their child attends sessions as scheduled, for keeping contact information up to date, and for communicating any relevant changes in the child's circumstances that may affect their participation.

Students are expected to participate in good faith, treat mentors and peers with respect, and complete assigned project work to the best of their ability.

All content on this website, including text, design, graphics, and curriculum materials, is the property of Infusion Leaders. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it for commercial purposes without written permission.

Work created by students during the Infusion Leaders launchpad belongs to the student. Infusion Leaders may use anonymised examples of student work for launchpad documentation and marketing purposes, subject to parent consent.

Infusion Leaders is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from participation in the launchpad or use of this website, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

Our total liability in any circumstances is limited to the fees paid for the relevant launchpad period.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
