Get Involved
Help build the next generation of founders, entrepreneurs and leaders.
There is more than one way in. Whether you lead a business, a community, an institution or a practice — or want to build Infusion Leaders itself — there is a place for you here.
Bring a youth charter to your network.
For community, industry, chamber, alumni and education networks that want their young people to build on what they have created. Each profile shows why it works for you, what we are and are not, and how to start.
Choose where you fit.
Every way in has its own page with everything you need to know, and every one of them begins with a conversation.
The seven pillars of growing with us.
Whichever way you take part — as a leader, a coach, a partner, a supporter, a mentor or a member of the team — this is what opens up for you.
- 01
Sit in the front row as young people learn to question how things work, and begin preparing to build ventures of their own. Few things sharpen your own thinking faster than a student’s honest question.
- 02
The judgement, resilience and ethics you bring to a session travel further than the session itself. Your perspective shapes how young people will meet the local and global challenges they inherit.
- 03
Hear, and help tell, first-hand accounts of the decisions, setbacks and turning points behind enterprises that endured. Every story shared becomes part of how the next generation learns to lead.
- 04
Work alongside founders, senior executives and experienced business coaches. The conversations around a cohort broaden your own mental models as much as the students’.
- 05
Relationships here are not transactional. You become part of a circle built on trust — where founders meet capital, coaches meet high-potential talent, and collaborators find the people they will build with for years.
- 06
Work through live business problems, run sessions, and give feedback that has to hold up in front of the person who owns the problem. Every engagement sharpens your own clarity, articulation and leadership.
- 07
Family enterprises, startups, institutions and community groups rarely sit at the same table. Here they do — and the conversations across generations are where hard-won experience meets fresh agility.
Many roles. One circle around every young mind.
No single mentor, school or sponsor can surround a young person with the guidance usually earned only over a lifetime. Together, they can.
Built around your time, not ours.
Contributing should never feel like a second job. The launchpad is designed so that your experience does the work, and everything else is handled for you.
Getting involved, answered.
How can I get involved with Infusion Leaders?
There are several ways in: bring a youth charter to your community or industry network as a partner, start a City Charter in your city, share your experience as an industry leader, coach students as a business coach, partner as a school or college, support the launchpad as a supporter or sponsor, or join the Infusion Leaders core team or mentor as a volunteer. Each has its own page, and every conversation starts at the apply page.
Is getting involved the same as a job?
No. Careers is one of many ways in. Most people take part alongside their own work — as a partner network, an industry leader, a coach, an institution, a City Charter partner, a supporter or a volunteer mentor.
How much time does it take?
It depends on the pathway. Most industry leaders contribute two to six hours across a launchpad year, coaches usually begin with a single one- or two-hour session, and volunteer mentors give about two to four hours a month.
Do industry leaders, coaches or schools pay to take part?
No. There is no cost to industry leaders, business coaches or schools.
Who are the students?
Students in Grades 6–12, learning in small cohorts, typically of 12–16 students, in sessions held outside school hours.
Is working with students supervised?
Yes. Infusion Leaders staff supervise every visit and project, every activity has parent or guardian consent, off-site activities keep an adult-to-student ratio of at least 1:10, and mentor contact is always structured and supervised.
Can I take part in more than one way?
Yes. An industry leader might host a site visit and also fund a scholarship, for example. Tell us everything you have in mind in one conversation.
What is a Trusted Circle?
A Trusted Circle is a network of people who know and vouch for one another. It connects the people in it to knowledge, talent, business opportunities, finance and more — and it grows with every student, leader, coach and partner who joins.
What if I do not fit any of these pathways?
Start a conversation anyway. Choose the closest option on the apply page, or write to help@infusionleaders.com — our team reads every note.
Not sure where you fit?
Tell us a little about yourself, and we will find the right place together.
