Capability is built through action. Modeled after MBA-style immersions, students take end-to-end ownership of live community and enterprise initiatives. They develop precise logistics, stakeholder coordination, and leadership skills by delivering measurable outcomes with genuine stakes.

How the Projects Work

The Lesson is the Execution

Students organize socially aware initiatives like community skill workshops or waste segregation drives. By leading these events, students rigorously develop logistics planning, stakeholder coordination, resource allocation, and contingency handling.

Team-Based Dynamics

Projects are executed in teams of 4 to 6 students, deliberately composed to balance their unique skill profiles and CEO Archetypes. They learn collaboration, delegation, and conflict resolution as natural byproducts of execution.

Direct Skill Mapping

Every live project is designed to surface and assess specific capabilities from our 20 Core Skills. Assessment rubrics evaluate how well students perform and adapt under pressure.

Uncompromising Safety

Real-world environments require real-world protection. Every off-campus project operates under strict protocols, including mandatory insurance coverage, strict adult-to-student ratios (1:10), pre-visit safety checklists, and dedicated coordinators anchoring the execution.
