About Infusion Leaders

What is Infusion Leaders?

Infusion Leaders is a leadership and mentoring launchpad for students in Grades 6–12 that connects young minds with the experience that shaped today's world. Students learn from industry leaders and business coaches through CEO sessions, industry visits and live projects, and build a verified portfolio and a trusted circle of mentors.

Who founded Infusion Leaders?

Infusion Leaders was co-founded in 2026 by Tulasi Krishna Penumarthy, author of Designing for AI and Art of UX, and Sharat Parag Bidathanapalli, founder of Omnia Technologies.

Is it a coaching class, tuition or exam preparation?

No. It does not teach syllabus content and does not prepare students for any exam. It builds the capabilities school has no room to build: reading a business, diagnosing a problem and persuading someone to act.

How is it different from personality development classes?

Personality development classes teach skills in a classroom. Infusion Leaders builds them inside real businesses, with real leaders, and students leave with proof of what they did and references from the people they worked with.

What are the levels?

There are three levels. Explorer (Grades 6–8) teaches how businesses actually work. Associate (Grades 9–12) moves into mentored projects on real problems inside partner businesses. Fellow is by selection only, through an intensive two-week Selection Immersion.

For parents

Which grades can join?

Grades 6 to 12. Students can join at any grade in that range; the free 5-minute Discovery Profile places each child where they will benefit, not only by age.

Will it clash with school or board exams?

No. Sessions run outside school hours, after school and on weekends, there is no homework in the school sense, and the load lightens in board-exam years (Grade 10 and Grade 12).

Is it only for confident children?

No. Shy students are often the ones it changes most. The launchpad starts with observation; speaking and presenting come later, once confidence has something real to stand on.

What does my child have at the end?

A verified portfolio of real work with named mentors behind it, eight practiced capabilities, references from the industry leaders and coaches they worked with, and a trusted circle of mentors that lasts beyond school.

How are students kept safe?

Infusion Leaders staff supervise every site visit and project. Partner businesses are vetted, every activity needs parent or guardian consent, the adult-to-student ratio is at least 1:10 off-site, and mentor contact is always structured and supervised, never one-to-one and unsupervised.

How much does it cost?

Fees are shared directly with families on a call. Book a 30-minute call through the Apply page. Industry leaders, coaches and schools pay nothing.

For industry leaders, coaches and schools

How can industry leaders take part?

Industry leaders share the experiences and decisions that shaped them a few hours a year, in a format they choose: a keynote, a site visit, a project milestone or a showcase panel. It gives their story, judgment and values a lasting home in the next generation.

How can a business coach get involved?

Most coaches begin with a single one- or two-hour session: a conversation about one decision, a site visit, a project review or showcase feedback. Infusion Leaders handles the brief, student preparation, logistics, supervision and consent.

What does a school need to do?

Very little. There is no cost to the school and no change to the timetable. The school names a contact person and helps notify parents, and receives progress summaries and invitations to student showcases.
