Who we are
InfusionAlly (Leadership, Economics & Applied Practice) is a youth capability-building program based in Hyderabad, India. We operate this website and the InfusionAlly program. References to "we", "us", or "our" in this policy refer to InfusionAlly.
What information we collect
Profile information. When a child completes the InfusionAlly profile assessment, we collect their name, age, grade, school, and responses to the profile questionnaire. This information belongs to the parent or guardian who creates the account.
Contact information. When you enquire or apply, we collect your name, email address, and phone number to respond to your request.
Program data. For enrolled students, we collect session notes, project records, and capability assessments over the course of the program. Parents may request access to all records at any time.
Website usage. We collect standard analytics data (pages visited, time on site, device type) to understand how the site is used. This data is not linked to any individual.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Build and maintain your child's capability profile
- Match students to the right program cohort and mentors
- Communicate program updates, session notes, and progress reports to parents
- Improve the InfusionAlly program and website
- Respond to enquiries and applications
We do not use your child's data for advertising, profiling outside the InfusionAlly program, or any commercial purpose beyond the delivery of the program itself.
Children's privacy
The InfusionAlly program serves children aged 10–18. We collect personal data about minors only with the explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian. All accounts for students must be created and managed by a parent or guardian aged 18 or over.
Mentors and program staff who work directly with students are verified and background-checked before joining the program. Student contact information is never shared with mentors without explicit parent consent.
Data sharing
We do not sell your data. We do not share your child's personal information with schools, third parties, advertisers, or external systems unless you have explicitly authorised it.
We may share anonymised, aggregated data (for example, aggregate capability outcomes across a cohort) for research or reporting purposes. This data cannot be used to identify any individual child.
We use trusted service providers (hosting, email, analytics) who process data on our behalf and are contractually bound to protect it.
Data security
All data is stored encrypted. Access to student records is restricted to InfusionAlly program staff on a need-to-know basis. We conduct regular security reviews and update our practices in line with industry standards.

You have the right to:
- Access all data we hold about you and your child
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your data at any time
